If you are having a health issue, you can find the corresponding organ/area of the body on the chart and then deeply massage the areas. For instance, if you have a sinus headache, look on the chart and you will find the sinus points on the tops of the toes. Hold one foot and press deeply into these points with a finger tip, finger nail or even the flat end of a pencil. You may find these areas are particularly sore.
