I am headed on my first beach vacation since my honeymoon, and I really want to feel more confident in a bikini! One of my 2026 goals was to work on my health: for me that is coming up with an exercise routine/schedule that I can maintain as well as eating healthier and getting better at meal planning and prepping. • I am posting this to hold myself accountable! I started this journey last week and attended two yoga classes before I made this video!! Any tips and tricks will be much appreciated!
