Heavy rain and snow hit the Panhandle

Northern Panhandle folks (Icy Strait and north). Its been a busy morning with heavy snow in the north and flooding in the south. Here is a quick video from one of our meteorologists going over the current situation for snow in the north and how that will change into the week. Simply put, widespread extensive snow begins to break apart this afternoon, becoming moderate to heavy snow showers.
